Construction Site Dangers: The Crane

Working on a construction site can be quite dangerous. This is why individuals working in specified areas are required to wear a hard hat. Ideally, safety comes first, as the value of the human cannot be equated monetarily. Probably one of the most hazardous objects on a construction site is the crane.

A crane can stand several hundred feet into the air, and has the responsibility of taking objects from the ground and lifting them to heights of several stories up. Recently, cranes have been collapsing across the United States. The recent trend has raised an awareness of the safety of having a crane on the construction site.
