Edward J. Vopal is a shareholder at Habush Habush & Rottier SC. He has worked out of the Green Bay office since 1997. Mr. Vopal's law practice is devoted exclusively to protecting the legal rights of injured victims and their families. He handles numerous types of accident cases, including automobile, motorcycle, bicycle, dog bites, construction site, slip and fall, and premises liability. The vast majority of his cases, however, focus on helping the victims of automobile and motorcycle accidents. Mr. Vopal has achieved many successful jury verdicts, including a million dollar verdict in a Brown County case he tried with his law partner.
Mr. Vopal graduated from college and law school with honors. He is licensed in Wisconsin and Michigan. Because of his courtroom achievements, Mr. Vopal holds a board certification for civil trial advocacy issued by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He has also taught trial advocacy skills to law students at the University Of Wisconsin Madison Law School for the past three spring semesters. He is a member of numerous trial lawyer organizations, including The Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers where he has served on its Board of Directors since 2002.
Mr. Vopal lives in Green Bay with his wife, Cindy, who is a lawyer, adjunct professor, and a municipal judge. He and Cindy enjoy running, bicycling and participating in family activities.
