Ralph J. Tease, Jr. is a shareholder with the firm and the head of the Green Bay office. Mr. Tease's practice involves general tort liability with a focus on representing people who have sustained serious personal injuries. He has tried numerous cases throughout Wisconsin and has obtained multiple verdicts in excess of 1 million dollars. The Wisconsin Law Journal recognized Mr. Tease as holding two of the top five settlements in the state in 2006. He is certified as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Tease is a member of the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers and is a member of its Board of Directors. He is frequently called upon to speak at legal seminars and conferences.

Mr. Tease was born in Green Bay. He is a 1978 graduate of St. Norbert College. Mr. Tease graduated from Marquette University Law School in 1981. Prior to returning home to Green Bay, he worked as a tax attorney for a national accounting firm in Milwaukee. Mr. Tease has been active in local youth sports both as a coach and referee.
