Anyone who drives a motorcycle does so with the understanding that they are at risk for serious injuries as a result of any crash. Unfortunately, a Green Bay man found this out first-hand recently in a Green Bay crash with a car. The story was reported in a short story published by the Green Bay Press-Gazette.
“A motorcyclist was hospitalized Saturday afternoon after a car crashed into him on the city’s west side.
According to police, a car driven by a woman ran a red light while heading north through Ninth Street and Ashland Avenue, crashing into the motorcycle. The accident occurred at 4:12 p.m.
The man on the motorcycle was wearing a helmet at the time and was transported to a local hospital with what was believed to be a broken leg. The woman was cited and released.”
