In Canada, a construction accident saw three construction workers injured. According to authorities, the wind picked up and threw a concrete form onto three nearby workers. In China, a construction site near a kindergarten had a crane malfunction and crash. This crane fell onto the roof of the kindergarten causing severe damage to the roof of the school. Pilot Injured in Plane Crash

In Fullerton, California, a pilot crashed his single engine plane just after taking off. According to police, the plane veered to the left and crashed just after leaving the runway.
