Man accidentally shot while hunting in Navarino

A man from Green Bay was accidentally shot in the head during a hunting trip Sunday. Chou Vang was hunting in Navarino when the accident occurred. 

When medical and police authorities arrived to the scene, they found Vang conscious, according to police reports. Vang was taken to St. Vincent's Hospital in Green Bay for treatement. 

Although a police spokesperson would not comment on any more specifics regarding the accident, he said the accident is being investigated.

Eight arrested at Sunday’s Packers game

Eight arrests were made at the Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears Sunday night. The arrests included one for unlawful conduct and damages, one for marijuana possession, two for underage drinking, and four for unlwaful conduct. 

Along with the eight arrests, 34 other people were kicked out of the game for misconduct violations. The arrests and ejections were below average for Packer season openers.

Green Bay woman killed in car crash

A Green Bay woman was killed in a car accident Tuesday morning. The woman's car had stalled earlier, and while the woman was waiting for a tow truck to arrive, another car rear-ended her car and killed her. 

The driver of the tow truck witnessed the accident and called police and medical officials immediately. When medical officials arrived to the scene, the woman was already dead. Police investigators said the investigation is still ongoing and would not release the names of either driver.
