Posted under sexual assault attorneys

A 25 year-old Langlade County sheriff’s deputy pleaded guilty this week to charges related to underage sexual activity. He faces a total of 22 felony charges, including two counts of child enticement, four counts of sexual assault on a child under the age of 16, and 16 counts of exposing himself to children.

The victims include four girls between 15 and 18 years-old who attended Elcho High School. The Pioneer Press reports that the deputy communicated with the girls by using social media sites and texting.

The deputy was with the Langlade County Sheriff’s Office from 2008 to June of this year. He says his actions never occurred while on duty.
