Green Bay man pleads guilty to charge of negligent driving homicide

Posted under Car Accidents

A Green Bay man, who pled no contest to the crimes facing against him, was convicted of homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle and two counts of causing bodily harm by negligent operation of a motor vehicle on Wednesday, May 8.

Twenty-one-year-old Brandon L. Bosacki, who was charged with killing one Oconto County teenager and inflicting life-threatening wounds on two others in a car accident 11 months prior to this year’s hearing, will be sentenced by Oconto County Circuit Judge Michael T. Judge.

The three girls riding in the backseat of Bosacki’s car were ejected from the vehicle when Bosacki lost control over his vehicle. At the time of the accident Bosacki was driving between 120 to 124 miles per hour.
