GM asked to make clear warning to owners of recalled vehicles

Posted under Automotive Defects

On Friday, April 4 Texas attorney, Robert Hilliard requested that U.S. District Judge Nelva Ramos put additional pressure on General Motors (GM) to warn consumers about the dangers of recently recalled vehicles. GM’s recalls affect over 2.5 million vehicles with faulty ignition switches.

Along with Hilliard, Senators Richard Blumenthal and Ed Markey are petitioning for GM to advise drivers not to use the potentially dangerous vehicles until the defect is corrected.
