Female motorcyclist hit by SUV in Brown Deer

Posted under Personal injury

The Brown Deer Police Department in Wisconsin reported that a female motorcyclist was injured in an accident involving another vehicle on April 15, according to Fox 6.

Medical examiners said the motorcyclist is expected to survive the ordeal.

According to preliminary police investigation, the accident victim was cautiously scooting forward to determine whether there were approaching vehicles as she attempted to turn left from the southbound lanes of Green Bay Road onto westbound Brown Deer Road when the SUV to her rear hit the motorcycle.

Even a slow-moving accident like this one–both vehicles were traveling at less than 10 mph–can result in serious injuries and high medical costs for a motorcyclist.
