Green Bay man charged with homicide by drunk driving after deadly accident

Prosecutors have recently filed charges against 52-year-old Green Bay, Wisconsin resident John Convery for his part in a deadly car accident on Green Bay’s west side, ten months after the incident happened in Brown County. Convery was officially charged with homicide by driving drunk in Brown County court.

According to police reports, 56-year-old Oneida resident Brian Delebreau was walking down the sidewalk on Broadway near the Georgia-Pacific Mill in July 2015 when a car struck him. He was declared dead at the scene of the accident. Another individual got harmed during the incident as well.
