Ford Recalling Mustangs

by Administrator 27. March 2008 09:03
Ford has announced a massive recall of 470,000 Mustangs in order to re-calibrate the force with which the airbags deploy. This recall is for Mustangs with model years of 2005 through 2008. The airbag in question is the front passenger side airbag. Although there have not been injuries reported due to the deployment force of the airbag, internal tests conducted by Ford have shown that the airbag can injure an unbelted, small passenger when it deploys. The recall was posted on the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's (NHTSA) website. In Februray, Ford also recalled a large number of Ford Expeditions, Lincoln Navigators, and a number of large vans due to various problems. If you have been injured by a defective airbag, contact the Green Bay defective auto part lawyers of Habush, Habush, & Rottier at 1-800-757-8644 to discuss your case and to determine your legal options.
