I am concerned that if I file a claim against my employer I’ll loose my job. How is this handled?
Every employer is required by law to have insurance to cover injuries to their employees who are hurt on the job. An employer also is not allowed to fire you if you happen to be injured while working. We are accustomed to dealing with this situation and understand that this is a serious concern.
